A facilitator is a person who helps individuals or groups to reach a state of well-being. optimal well-being. They can work in various fields such as personal development, mental health, stress management, meditation, yoga, holistic therapyetc.
Wellness facilitators can also help participants explore their own needs and goals, identify potential obstacles to their well-being and develop concrete action plans to overcome them. They can encourage individual autonomy and empowermentby helping them to take informed decisions and implement positive changes in their daily lives.
