To simplify the management of your appointments, we've set up a Diary function on Naturacure. You can easily communicate your availability to customers, and even activate the Reservation function to allow them to choose a time slot that suits them. When a customer books an appointment, you'll receive an e-mail notification and can contact the customer again to confirm the details. You'll be able to decide on your reaction time, or set up an auto-response.

To guide you through this process, here are the detailed steps to activate the reservation tab on your Naturacure file:
- Simply activate the switch on the right to trigger the booking function, adding a booking widget to your ad.
- Once you have done this, activate the ";availability"" function to define the times when you are available.
- Go to the "Prices and booking parameters" section to enter your weekly and weekend rates.
- Finally, select the dates on the calendar when you won't be available, using the "availability" feature. This will let your customers know when you're available, as well as the days when you won't be able to offer your services.
- Once you've completed these steps, simply click on the "Preview" button at the bottom of the page.
Integrate your existing online diary :
Already using another digital diary? Don't panic! We've thought of everything. It's now possible to import your current diary into the NaturaCure diary. This way, all your consultations will be centralized in the NaturaCure diary, and you'll be able to use it as you wish - how convenient is that?
