Yoga teacher

Yoga is a discipline of mind and body including a wide variety of techniques and exercises. These are often physical postures called asanas which are used but also respiratory pranayama and practices of meditation and absolute relaxation.

The aim of yoga is to relax and calm body and mind, but also meditation. Yoga has a long list of benefits for the body Muscle strengthening, improved breathing, back relief, tension release, weight stabilization or even weight loss.
