Enneagram Therapist

The Enneagram is a personality typology system that describes nine distinct personality types. It offers an in-depth understanding of the motivations, behaviors and thought patterns that characterize each type: the perfectionist, the helper, the performer, the individualist, the observer, the loyalist, the epicurean, the leader, the mediator.

The Enneagram is represented by a geometric figure in the shape of a circle with nine interconnected points. Each point corresponds to a specific personality type, represented by a number from one to nine. Each personality type is associated with specific characteristics, deep-seated motivations, fears, desires and behavioral tendencies.

It is used as a tool for personal development and growth. It enables us to become aware of our behavioral patterns, strengths and weaknesses, as well as fostering understanding of others and interpersonal dynamics. It can help to develop a greater self-awareness, improve relationships and work on less developed aspects of our personality.
