I'm Marie, a nutritherapist specializing in perinatal and pediatric nutrition.
Passionate about ancestral food, the world of birth and women's physiology, I devote my practice to accompanying families in preconception, pregnant women, gestational diabetes, postpartum women and the nutrition of babies and children. Because every stage of life and every individual requires a diet adapted to their needs, in order to (re)find energy and health!
My training: I'm a CERDEN graduate in nutritherapy but also trained in DME (child-led dietary diversification), special pregnancy nutrition at CREA, food profiling according to Taty Lauwers, living and sustainable nutrition at EAVD, naturopediatrics with Candice Levy, motivational coaching with Véronique Liesse. And there's more to come! 🙂
I consult with Amala (https://www.naissance-amala.be/) and by zoom for the moment.
I joined the Amala team because I'm convinced that every family should be able to have its own cocoon, its own anchorage point to support them as best they can during this stage of life. Because I want to recreate links between mothers through my workshops, so that they can be a meeting point and a place for sharing around a theme that is dear to me: food.
Why this specialization? Because women often feel alone in making choices for their health and that of their child, and because allopathic medicine often has very little time to devote to them, I'm committed to listening to them and supporting them with gentleness and kindness, in individual consultations or during my workshops.
