Wild Goose Qi Gong is an age-old traditional health practice that combines dynamic movements with meditative static postures. My classes are designed to suit the individual abilities of each participant, and are offered exclusively in small groups.
The teaching emphasizes various aspects, such as body awareness, breathing, stillness of heart and mind, as well as the collective energy generated by the group. To preserve the tradition, I continue my training with masters who hold the heritage of this lineage and their direct disciples.
