Hello,
I'm Chrystelle Chantraine, a nurse by training, and I've been interested in other kinds of healthcare approaches for several years. My role as a nurse in a cantou is close to my heart, so it's as a complement that I practice reflexology.
Reflexology is a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which treats various physical ailments. As I'm more emotionally "connected", the humanist method speaks to me much more, and it's this reflexology that I apply.
Humanistic reflexology not only helps people to understand and regulate dysfunctions in their bodies, but also in their emotional states.
The activity of each organ releases an energy that can generate different emotions or states of mind (these emotions can be in excess or lacking, poorly managed or repressed).
Anger, for example, will influence the liver, while kidney problems will express a fear...
If these emotions persist, they will affect the organs to which the emotion corresponds.
Conversely, the poor condition of the organs creates an imbalance in energy that affects the emotional world.
Putting your finger on it enables you to better understand yourself, others and your environment. Understand yourself, accept yourself, love yourself, go inward and move forward on your life path in complete serenity.
A foot reflexology session takes a good hour, and we discuss your expectations or needs before lying down for a relaxing moment just for you. At the end of the session, I share with you what I've observed or felt.
In addition to reflexology, Reiki sessions and essential oil massages are also available. Half-hour palm reflexology or easy reflexology sessions are also available. Massages are tailored to your needs and desires, and we discuss the ideal present for you in the present moment.
