I offer Reiki energy treatments in Chaumont-Gistoux. I'm also a kinesiologist and wellness coach. The well-being of others is something that has always motivated me.

What is a Reiki session?

Through hand contact, the practitioner allows Reiki energy to circulate throughout the person's body and mind, releasing stress, fears and pain on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level.

Originating in Japan, Reiki is a gentle method that enables people to let go of their minds, find their inner selves and find the answers to their difficulties. The energy already present within us will be set in motion by the practitioner, who will be able to smooth out resistance and harmonize the flow of energy. This will bring lasting peace to the body and mind, while stimulating the person's potential for health (self-healing), balance and harmony.

A Reiki session lasts 1 hour and is open to everyone, including children and pregnant women.

After a warm welcome and a brief discussion, the person is invited to lie down on a massage table, clothed and with their eyes closed. The session ends with a closing discussion to see how the person has experienced and felt.
