Management of stress and anxiety attacks with or without physical manifestations, relief of physical pain, resolution of emotional blockages, self-confidence, self-esteem, reduction of fatigue, improved concentration, release of past traumas, improved interpersonal relationships.
It generally takes between 4 and 8 sessions for in-depth work, but for pain management it can be much quicker.
A session lasts between 1 and 1 1/2 hours, depending on your needs.
