1. About me
Driven by social justice, I went out into the field with Médecins Sans Frontières straight after graduating. I went on to study human resources and then management.
I have trained in coaching and obtained my ICF (International Coach Federation) certification in June 2023. I am bilingual in English and French, with a very good level of Dutch. Since September 2020, I have been working with DAOUST (outplacement and inplacement), as well as with Het Coachingatelier (only in Dutch), and accept VDAB career vouchers.
2. My philosophy
During my career, I've worked with and supported people from a wide variety of backgrounds. I've found that meaning and enjoyment at work are essential for people to be (or remain) motivated, which is a positive factor for them and for the organization in which they work.
I'm convinced that it's essential to find meaning in what you do and enjoy your work, while building on your skills and making a living from them. Finding this balance sometimes requires support.
3. My offer
I work with anyone (employee or entrepreneur) who wants to feel at home in their professional life, in all 3 languages. My approach is empathetic, caring and non-judgmental.
Depending on your needs, I can offer you support in the following areas:
1. Identify what is meaningful to you
2. Carry out a skills assessment
3. Define your professional project
4. Initiate a professional transition
5. Regain motivation
6. Developing self-confidence
7. Being able to set limits
8. Structure your communication
