Namaste!
I'm Barbara, Ayurvedic foot reflexologistpassionate about the harmony of body, mind and soul.
My commitment is to offer you an experience of well-being deeply rooted in the principles of Ayurveda and foot reflexology.
Through my work, I am committed to embodying the fundamental values that guide each session:
Each session aims to purify the body's energy, eliminating blockages and promoting harmonious balance.
I believe in the importance of achieving a holistic balance, where body, mind and soul intertwine in a harmonious dance.
I'm committed to creating a safe and welcoming space for your physical and emotional well-being.
Each session begins with an in-depth consultation to understand your specific needs, overall health and personal goals. I choose ayurvedic oils (sesame or ghee butter) to nourish and balance your energies.
The foot reflexology session focuses on the reflex zones of the feet, releasing tension, stimulating circulation and promoting energy balance.
During the massage, I use a Kansa Wand and/or a Kansu bowl.
Foot massage with the Kansu Bowl and ghee is an ancient massage technique derived from Indian Ayurvedic medicine.
It helps calm nervousness, anxiety and anger. It also promotes purification and the elimination of toxins from the body.
Finally, this massage targets the foot's reflex points. It can help relieve insomnia and create a feeling of calm and well-being.
The number of sessions required may vary from one person to another, depending on their individuality. However, it is generally estimated that the body benefits fully from 3 to 6 sessions.
Of course, it's entirely possible to opt for a single discovery session, focused on relaxation, or to plan sessions every six months. Sessions can also be adapted to the changing seasons.
