After completing my studies as a bookkeeper and working as a secretary, I deeply felt that this profession didn't suit me. Following personal introspection and a number of inspiring encounters, I felt a calling to move into the field of helping others.
Since 2012, I have embarked on a journey of continuing education to develop my skills and offer effective, caring support to those in need.
I've acquired a wide range of expertise. I specialize in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including hypnosis, PTR (Reassociative Trauma Psychotherapy), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Ericksonian hypnosis, the systemic approach, active listening, emotion management, sophrology... Each of these approaches complements me and enables me to offer holistic, personalized support to my clients.
