My work as a mind-body therapist focuses mainly on the question of suffering, whether physical, emotional, mental, relational or even spiritual, and on trauma, its consequences and how to resolve them.
At the heart of my practice: the body. The person I work with is understood as a whole, mentally, physically and emotionally. The body in therapy is awareness of what's going on, feelings, impulses, tensions, breathing, everything that we experience in our flesh and often forget in favor of an omnipresent mind.
To this end, I have acquired various tools, including EMDR, Somatic Experiencing and IFS, so that I can offer the people I work with a range of techniques that can be adapted to each person's specific needs.
So if you're experiencing difficulties in relationships, stress, anxiety, panic, unfounded fears, chronic or disturbing physical symptoms, emotional or other dependencies, depression, emotional overflow, strong reactions, lack of self-confidence, lack of confidence in life, these are all manifestations that are often the result of impacts received as a child, and which are reactivated in our adult lives. All this is inscribed in our cells, in our nervous system, and therefore accessible through a more sustained connection to the body.
My coaching is for anyone who wants to break out of repetitive patterns, who needs to get moving again, to act on their own choices rather than reacting to them, to break out of limitations, to bring awareness to their behaviors, habits of thought, chronic tensions and physical pain, so that they can simply live, let what drives them to be emerge naturally, and put aside certain survival instincts that are no longer useful today.
