Kinesiology is a personal evolution technique designed to restore harmony to body and mind. It is based on the principle that our body records all the events we experience - this is our cellular memory. Muscle testing enables us to identify and unblock physical and emotional blockages that prevent us from realizing our full potential. This will enable us to find the resources we need for our well-being.

I've been practicing kinesiology for 22 years on a wide range of people. Thanks to the muscle test, the body tells me directly where the blockages are and what tools it needs to work with in order to regain its balance. What comes out of the session is always so true to what the person is going through. A beautiful moment of reconnection with oneself.
