A social worker by training, and mother of 2 extraordinary daughters born in 2012 and 2015, I am Doula member of theAssociation Francophone des Doulas de Belgique since 2017 and Massage therapist du Féminin et de la périnatalité certified to the NatalLa methodI am also a practitioner of Rebozo Ritual Care and Keeper of Women's Circles and sacred spaces.
I accompany women in all their states, in all their METAMORPHOSES, from puberty to menopause (and beyond). Caring accompaniment for women, young girls, the desire for children & the PMA process, pregnancy, childbirth, motherhood and parenthood, abortion and perinatal bereavement (natural termination of pregnancy, IMG, loss of a baby in-utero or after birth), as well as all other bereavements, burn-out and illness...
I help women to live consciously through all the PASSAGES that punctuate their Lives... these important periods of TRANSITION... and to go gently through these many changes, in order to welcome and accept all their TRANSFORMATIONS.
Through my proposals for accompaniment, care, rituals and women's circles, I aim to offer women safe, caring spaces in which to let go, free their words, take care of themselves and feel their experiences...
Meet yourself better, discover yourself, return to your heart and your body, listen to your needs and your energy, so you can take back your place and your power, activate your magic, awaken your sacred feminine - powerful and creative, so you can be more aware and connected to yourself, your resources, your essence... your Feminine Essence!
I invite women to ritualize, mark, honor and celebrate these different life passages; their progress and pride as much as their obstacles and difficulties; in order to close the old and open up to the new, like a RENAISSANCE, to (re)find their alignment, energy and vitality. Times of RESOURCE to feel reunited (heart-body-spirit & energy) and to open their hearts wide, to what's here, and to what's ahead...
