Description

~~~ THE TRAME: a path to balance and hamony ~~~
"When clouds darken our lives, they herald the rain of renewal."  P. Burensteinas
What is Trame?
Trame is a vibratory therapeutic method developed by Patrick Burensteinas, an alchemist and scientist, in the 1980s. It's based on the idea that our bodies follow a precise organizational plan, and that unexpressed emotions and stress can create blockages, disrupting this balance. Trame helps to release these blockages and restore the harmonious circulation of energy and information in the body.
2. Installation * You lie on a table, dressed and on your back.
3. Care * : The practitioner performs a sequence of 16 precise gestures on the trunk, feet and head. The practitioner places his or her hands lightly on these areas, following a sinusoidal pattern to circulate energy.
4. Fence* : The session ends with a rest period and a new exchange to discuss feelings.
For whom?
La Trame is for everyone: women, men, children, babies and pregnant women. It is beneficial for people suffering from stress, emotional disorders, chronic pain, physical illness and relationship problems.
How many sessions are recommended?
First Cycle * 3 to 4 sessions spaced 3 to 6 weeks apart for initial rebalancing.
Follow-up *: Depending on your needs and your approach, you can continue with regular sessions to maintain balance and well-being.
This time between sessions allows the body to fully integrate the new information and find a new balance.
