After 20 exciting years in higher education and 8 equally exhilarating years in the service of a parents' association, my life took an unexpected turn that opened me up to some wonderful discoveries, step by step. Questioning myself and the human being in general, interested in both mind and body, I was introduced to and trained in different personality models, coaching and nutrition.
When I discovered the Enneagram, I thought back to the hundreds of students I've had the joy of training, and also to those who found themselves in my economics or management courses "by default": bored, disinterested, struggling, lacking motivation, dropping out or even failing...
I did what I could to motivate them, to discuss a possible change of direction with one or other of them. But my empathy, my energy, my experience and my love for these young people in the making were generally not enough.
Today, I'm committed tohelp teenagers (from age 16), young adults and adults to understand the keys to their motivation, so that they can find their place.
My coaching in educational orientation or professional reorientationThrough a proven method and scientifically validated personality tests, listening and support over several sessions (a minimum of 4), we help each individual to get to know him/herself better, to understand how he/she functions, to anchor him/herself in reality and to commit to a project that corresponds to his/her personality and aspirations.
I also have a strong desire toaccompanying all adults towards a better self-awareness, as a couple or on your ownto help them become aware of their automatisms, their gifts, their brakes and the way they function. The aim is to foster more authentic and harmonious relationships, in the family, at work and in your various circles of acquaintance.
My coaching work is also tinged with my awareness of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and my investment in a working group that aims to raise awareness and educate people about the impact of digital technology on our lives (without demonizing it!). Yet another new passion: my investment in the Collectif Désistance, which supports young offenders on the road to long-term rehabilitation.

My tools :
- The enneagram
Faced with a world that demands so much of us, a school dropout, a loss of meaning or difficulty in projecting ourselves into the future, the Enneagram helps us to understand ourselves better, in depth.
This personality model highlights the strategy each person has adopted to get by in this world. It identifies 9 "bases", 9 ways of perceiving and reacting to the world. It's a dynamic and powerful model.
It enables us to put into clear words what we already know, what our deepest needs and motivations are, and to realize it fully, which in turn enables us to step back and make sense of our future choices. - The MBTI
The MBTI identifies 16 personality types based on your preferences for perceiving the world and making decisions. Preferences in the MBTI are like habits in the way we think, feel and act. Understanding them, becoming aware of how we perceive the world around us, will help us to make informed choices for our future, be it academic or professional. - RIASEC
This is another personality model that identifies 6 main personality types and career preferences. It helps us discover what we're passionate about and choose an educational or professional path that really suits us. Understanding our interests and intrinsic motivation can guide us towards a future where we feel fulfilled and satisfied. - Etc.
