There are many paths that lead to the need for a therapeutic stopover. On each of these paths, we discover a common thread: an increase in discomfort in a situation that pushes us towards change. Although the origins of this discomfort may vary, certain similarities emerge.
The people I meet share their experiences of :
- The loss of meaning in situations from which they cannot extricate themselves.
- The need to find themselves, to understand each other better, and to develop their understanding of certain aspects of their own functioning.
- The will to overcome trauma.
- The desire to learn how to decode the language of their emotions and establish more effective communication with those around them.
- The desire to rediscover their inner compass.
- The need to make peace with their past.
These needs may arise in a wide variety of contexts, such as :
- Relationship problems within the family, the couple, or in the social sphere.
- Hypersensitivity.
- Control mechanisms and manipulation.
- Burn-out.
- Mourning.
- Separation.
- Sexual disorders, such as desire and pleasure disorders, erectile and ejaculatory dysfunctions, as well as questions concerning sexual orientation and assertiveness in one's sexuality.
However, despite these diversities, a common aspiration remains: to improve their lives. Achieving this goal may require, in addition to the courage to embark on the journey, the ability to put words to their suffering, to let go of the struggle, and to face up to themselves.
Faced with all these challenges, my role is to be like a beacon in the night, helping people to shed light on their dark areas and accompanying them in the search for their truth, thus promoting their personal fulfillment.
My vision of therapeutic work is to meet you where you are, to take the time you need, to offer you a different perspective on your reality, and to help you make conscious choices in harmony with the life you want to lead.
This support can include verbalizing your emotions, updating your values, acquiring communication tools and developing emotional intelligence. It is personalized and focused on your needs and requests. You are the expert in your own life.
