Il existe plusieurs voies qui conduisent à la nécessité d’entreprendre une escale thérapeutique. Sur chacun de ces chemins, on découvre un point commun : l’augmentation de l’inconfort dans une situation qui nous pousse vers le changement. Bien que les origines de cet inconfort puissent varier, certaines similitudes se dégagent.

The people I meet share their experiences of :
– La perte de sens face à des situations dont elles ne parviennent pas à s’extraire.
- The need to find themselves, to understand each other better, and to develop their understanding of certain aspects of their own functioning.
- The will to overcome trauma.
– Le désir d’apprendre à décoder le langage de leurs émotions et d’établir une communication plus efficace avec leur entourage.
– L’envie de retrouver leur boussole intérieure.
- The need to make peace with their past.

These needs may arise in a wide variety of contexts, such as :
- Relationship problems within the family, the couple, or in the social sphere.
- Hypersensitivity.
- Control mechanisms and manipulation.
- Burn-out.
- Mourning.
- Separation.
– Troubles sexuels, tels que les troubles du désir et du plaisir, les dysfonctions érectiles et éjaculatoires, ainsi que les questions concernant l’orientation sexuelle et l’affirmation de soi dans sa sexualité.

However, despite these diversities, a common aspiration remains: to improve their lives. Achieving this goal may require, in addition to the courage to embark on the journey, the ability to put words to their suffering, to let go of the struggle, and to face up to themselves.

Faced with all these challenges, my role is to be like a beacon in the night, helping people to shed light on their dark areas and accompanying them in the search for their truth, thus promoting their personal fulfillment.

My vision of therapeutic work is to meet you where you are, to take the time you need, to offer you a different perspective on your reality, and to help you make conscious choices in harmony with the life you want to lead.
