I've been a kinesiologist for 15 years, and my sessions are equally suited to children aged 5 or 6, teenagers and adults.

Kinesiology is a method of psycho-emotional rebalancing that aims to promote overall well-being by taking into consideration the physical, emotional and mental aspects of the individual. Its aim is to detect and correct imbalances while awakening each person's potential. Thanks to my training in two techniques, Three In One Concepts and Touch For Health, I use muscle testing to establish a direct dialogue with the body. This test allows us to access the body's memory, identify the factors contributing to blockages, and determine the corrections needed to dissipate them. I also use Bach Flower Remedies in my practice.

The benefits of kinesiology are many, providing support for both physical problems, such as pain and illness, and psycho-emotional ones, such as stress, fears, phobias, anxiety, learning difficulties, sleep and eating.

This approach helps to improve stress management, communication with oneself and others, self-esteem and decision-making. It helps to understand the causes of unhappiness, to find answers and solutions, and to achieve one's goals.

Kinesiology is for children, adolescents and adults.
