Description

My name is Maud Jurezcertified coach, A.C.T. practitioner and dance therapist.

Drawing on a career at the Paris Opera, where I developed a deep understanding of the link between body and mind, I have transformed this expertise into holistic coaching to help everyone rediscover their inner power and live according to their values and aspirations. My aim is to encourage each person to explore their inner truth, express their authentic desires and embrace their creativity to achieve a more fulfilled life.

My approach is based on three main pillars:

Certified coaching I offer active listening, sincere communication and precise management of personal and professional projects to identify concrete actions to be taken. Each coaching session is an invitation to clarify your objectives, overcome internal obstacles and structure your path to change.
A.C.T. Practitioner (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) : I guide my clients through a process of mindfulness and acceptance of difficult thoughts and emotions. This approach helps to focus on actions aligned with personal values, facilitating a deeper, more authentic commitment to oneself.
Dance therapy Using movement as a means of expression, I propose an exploration of emotions to release bodily tensions and restore balance between body and mind. Dance becomes a powerful tool for reconnecting with oneself, healing emotional wounds and boosting self-confidence.
My commitment to holistic well-being enables me to accompany everyone in unleashing their full potential. I create a safe, caring space where my clients can feel free to be vulnerable, share their challenges, and reconnect to their true essence. This integrative approach, enriched by my life experience, offers unique support for those seeking to embrace an existence rich in meaning, joy and freedom.

What I propose:
Individual coaching : For personalized support, I offer sessions that enable you to work in depth on personal issues, structure clear objectives and take action.
8-week intensive coaching An intensive program with three weekly appointments for rapid and lasting transformation. This format is ideal for those who want constant support in moving towards their goals.
Group workshops Immersive, collective workshops, true consciousness gas pedals, where group dynamics enrich individual experience. These workshops enable us to share and learn together, and to leave with concrete keys for continuing our teaching on a daily basis.

My coaching is for anyone who wants to make a significant change in their life. Whether you have a gut feeling that it's time for a rethink, or you're looking to get to know yourself better, my approach will guide you towards clarity, structure and action.

  • Value and Ego: Understand the difference to get to know yourself better

Value and ego: two essential concepts to differentiate in order to understand each other better The difference between value and ego is subtle, but fundamental to our self-fulfilment. Value is based on who we really are, what we believe in and what we want to express. It stems from self-love, from our deepest convictions, and drives us to live in accordance with our true aspirations. The ego, on the other hand, is built on a self-perception often shaped by fear and the illusion of what we think others expect of us. It's the facade we erect to protect ourselves and exist in the eyes of the world. What is the ego? The ego is our self-awareness. It's how we perceive ourselves as distinct individuals. By creating this separation from others, it becomes possible to evaluate and compare ourselves. This evaluation is deeply rooted in our need to be accepted, loved and validated, as it reassures us of our place in society. However, in a society increasingly focused on individualism and appearance, this focus on the ego can become a source of suffering. The incessant need for external recognition weakens our self-esteem, making us dependent on the gaze of others. So, while the ego is essential to defining our identity, it can become a hindrance to our personal fulfillment if it takes up too much space. Value vs. ego: understanding the distinction Value reflects our authenticity, our convictions and what makes us unique. It's rooted in our deepest needs, our real aspirations, and our ability to love ourselves without needing external approval. Conversely, the ego is often fuelled by external expectations, illusions created by society, social networks and the media. When the ego becomes too present, it distances us from our core values. We then constantly seek to be validated, to seduce, to be perceived as competent, or to gain recognition, sometimes to the detriment of our true needs. This leads to a disconnection with ourselves, a loss of meaning, and an estrangement from our deepest identity. How can we balance ego and self-worth? It's essential to be aware of this distinction so as not to let the ego get the better of our values. A weakened ego leads us to seek validation in the eyes of others, to compare ourselves, and to adjust our behavior according to what we think the outside world expects of us. To regain balance, it's crucial to come back to ourselves, reconnect with our values and accept our imperfections. Inspirational quote: "Be your friend, befriend yourself, but don't chase admiration or the promotion of your image." - Mathieu Ricard This process allows us to refocus, to accept ourselves better, and to stop being caught up in the illusions of the ego. By adopting a more benevolent approach to ourselves, we can truly blossom.
