During our individual consultationsI support you in many different ways and from many different perspectives:

- A sympathetic ear to help you get through denial and find ways to get back to sleep, relaxation and... pleasure in life. Nutritional advice - neurotransmitter test.

- Assessment of your situation through tests (burnout, stress, HP, etc.)

- Tools as a therapist and coach to help you gradually and sympathetically confront your mental mechanisms, integrate a new relationship with work and connect with others,

- Introduction to meditation, transformation of limiting beliefs, regulation of emotions and their needs,

- Role-playing exercises in assertive and non-violent communication (NVC).

- HR and administrative advice to help you understand the respective roles of occupational physicians, medical advisors (mutual insurance companies), medical advisors (insurance companies), CPAP advisors... and to prepare you for certain interviews (reintegration law 2.0).

The IACA program to help you get back to your core business!

A pioneer in multidisciplinary and collective stress and burnout support since 2016, the IACA program is made up of 9 modules spread over 4 Saturdays and a closing evening. Led by a panel of 6 professionals, it enables you to explore 10 pragmatic, concrete tools and techniques for a lasting recovery from burnout and a serene return to your job...

Objectives?

  • Awareness. Discovering yourself and your stressors.
  • The exploration of 10 new resources such as neuroscience stress mechanisms, hypnosis, meditation, gi qong, transforming limiting beliefs, emotions and their unmet needs, assertive communication, Biodanza, art therapy, coaching...
  • Understanding and acceptance of burnout and chronic stress through other participants and the team of support professionals.
